when you make the reservation online, choose Dining Room, after you receive your confirmation give them a call and indicate you did the reservation and would like to sit by the window, they will not guarantee it but at least they will add a note to your reservation, has worked for me a couple of times ;)

I parked at canada place! The price is much better than impark. They have a ferry/hotel parking for pan pacific. Its about a 5 minutes walk to CC.

Best to call and ask but I do know for sure that with a party of 12 there is an auto gratuity put on the bill. I can't remember exactly but I do think it was at least 15%, could have been 18%
